Moving Forward with a Demand for Democracy
The New York State Association of Black, Puerto Rican, Hispanic & Asian Legislators Inc. (The Association), membership consists of New York State Legislators of Minority descent. The Association’s fundamental purpose consists of the following: to promote the needs of the common good, to educate, enhance and empower minority communities, to maintain an interest in racial justice within New York State, to encourage the productive development of physical and mental health, and to enhance access for economic mobility within our communities.
