The Labor Luncheon is a highly anticipated event held annually during the Association’s Conference. We recognize our labor unions as essential champions of workplace rights and the rights of all workers! Labor unions play a crucial role in ensuring that the workers and communities of New York State and part of the conversation and that their rights are addressed and protected.

The Labor Luncheon is typically held on the Saturday of Caucus Weekend and features representation from various prominent unions across the State, such as the AFL-CIO, NYSUT, 1199, and more. This event brings together unions, laborers, elected officials, and, most importantly, the community to amplify the discussion, raise awareness, and promote representation of labor unions and workers’ rights.
