CAUCUS COVID PROTOCOLS
For everyone's safety, we are asking all participants to formally register and either:
Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 , or If not vaccinated, everyone over 16 years old who is not fully vaccinated against COVID-19, must provide evidence of a negative molecular or antigen test for COVID-19 performed within the 48-hour period prior to your arrival.
If you are not fully vaccinated 2 weeks before Friday April 8th 2022 you must bring a negative molecular or antigen test results for COVID-19 with you to the registration table for review. Test results must be dated Wednesday April 6th 2022 or later to receive access to the event.
3 Simple Protocols once in attendance:
- Wear a mask or face covering at all times.
- Wash your hands frequently with soap and water or hand sanitizer.
- Practice Social Distancing.
- You WILL NOT be given your access badge without proof of vaccination or proof of a negative test.
All participants must wear their name badge at all times
You will not be permitted entry to activities without your access badge
Please Bring and Keep Your Vaccination Card/Test Result & ID With You at all time during the event.
COVID Policy Requirements for entry to events in the Legislative Office Building (L.O.B).:
- Vaccination Card upon check in – no exceptions

Please Note:
Due to COVID there are limitations required to protect everyone, including speakers, sponsors, staff & registrants. We are grateful that the demand for this conference is growing, and we welcome everyone in attendance.
There may be specific venues or events that may not be able to fully accommodate every registrant due to social distancing requirements
We have made arrangements to have supplemental zoom rooms for some our larger scheduled events and may have to establish priority on a first come/first serve basis.
